Scalp psoriasis is the same as the psoriasis that would affect any other part of the body. Red lesions are caused by skin cells dividing to rapidly. Combined with the application of topical medicines to the skin, psoriasis can clear out within a number of UV sessions.

Scalp Psoriasis may be incurable, but it isn’t permanent. If you’re feeling insecure about how you look, covering up might be a good idea. But it’s a better idea to just go out and get some sunlight to help your skin.
