Light Treatment

Light treatment works pretty well for me. I have noticed that some light outdoors is better for me than a light box. Sunlight, coupled with enough hydration, and eating well, is very good. In addition stress reduction and enjoying oneself outside helps. Using tar or treatments after light therapy did help me quite a lot as well.
