5. Clobetasol is a fairly widely used, effective ointment used for Psoriasis. A prescription is needed.

6. Dovonex is a great skin cream which can be prescribed. It isn't very strong, so it may take some time to take effect. This one also needs a prescription.

7. Protopic is a very effective prescription ointment which can be prescribed for use on the face, ears, or genitals.

8. Cetaphil is a moisturizer which you can buy over the counter. It is an excellent way to help keep moisture in the skin and avoid more Psoriasis flare ups.
